🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. However, if you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth experience.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for both domestic and international orders.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
• Return requests should be initiated by contacting us at 'echocraftexports@gmail.com' along with the order ID.

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized orders.
• Products purchased during clearance sales.

 

Damaged/Defective Products

• If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof.
• We will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping charges).

 

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/PayPal etc.).
